Responsibilities:

  • Design attractive and user-friendly graphic elements for our website, including banners, product images, and other visual content that authentically represent plus-size bodies
  • Create marketing materials for various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements
  • Enhance the user experience through thoughtful designs that strengthen our brand and resonate with our curvy community
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and turn them into visual content that celebrates body diversity
  • Ensure consistency of our brand image and make sure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while promoting body positivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an E-commerce environment (fashion experience is a plus)
  • Excellent skills with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other relevant tools
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, with understanding of inclusive visual representation
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
  • Portfolio with examples of previous design projects

  • Assist in choosing the right size and fit, ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident, comfortable, and celebrated
  • Maintain store presentation, ensuring all clothing items are displayed in an attractive manner that showcases the beauty of curves
  • Support daily store activities, such as restocking and managing the cash register
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent service, both in-store and over the phone
  • Create a body-positive shopping environment where all women feel valued and beautiful

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry (plus-size fashion experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Passion for fashion and a good sense of style and trends in plus-size clothing
  • Ability to provide tailored advice and help customers find their ideal outfit with empathy and understanding
