Every 10th eligible paid Queen Shaped online order placed during this promotion qualifies for a promotional refund. You keep your items.
Promotion period: Ongoing while this promotion is displayed. Queen Shaped may end the promotion at any time; eligible orders placed before it ends remain eligible.
The countdown resets at midnight each day in Europe/Stockholm for your selected market. The promotion continues after each reset. Eligible orders are counted continuously throughout the promotion; the order count does not restart at midnight.
Orders are counted in payment-confirmation order during the stated promotion period: the 10th, 20th, 30th and so on qualify. An order number ending in zero does not by itself determine eligibility. Test, unpaid, cancelled and already fully refunded orders are excluded.
Promotional refunds are issued as store credit. The maximum is A$300 per qualifying Australian order or US$200 per qualifying US order. The credit equals the amount actually paid after discounts, including shipping and taxes, up to the applicable cap, and never exceeds the amount paid. Maximum one store-credit award per customer during this promotion.
Qualifying refunds are processed by the Queen Shaped team to Store Credit within 7 business days of the promotion ending. No code is needed, and your normal return rights remain unchanged.
